Long Term Care
While the population over 80 will be the fastest growing segment of the population for the next 40 years, life expectancy is going up. More and more people are living longer and entering an age when they may need care. Combine this demographic trend with the increasing cost of care and you can see why long-term care insurance is an important consideration.
Long-term care insurance helps protect individuals from the costs of long-term care and can include a range of benefits with varying lengths of time. Long-term care services may include help with activities of daily living, home health care, respite care, hospice care, adult day care, and care in a nursing home or an assisted living facility. It may also include care management services that will evaluate your needs and coordinate and monitor the delivery of services.

And, we know how to assess the wide range of options to assure you get the plan that best fits your specific needs.

The Part D benefit is administered by private insurance plans so you must select one approved private drug plan for which you pay a monthly premium. Anyone on Medicare can get coverage regardless of income or health. While it's beneficial that there are many providers offering many options, it can also make it challenging to choose the best plan. Talk with us about how Plan D can help you save on prescription drugs.
A Medicare Advantage Plan is a type of Medicare health plan offered by a private company that contracts with Medicare to provide you benefits.
